The conception of the project pedagogy implemented by the Algerian education system since 2003, as well as its theoretical foundations require certain characteristics in the teacher, a real autonomy not fictional, the responsibility, the decision making, the risk taking, work cooperative, the constant updating of its knowledge, the theorization of its practices, etc.

all this would seem to highlight the professional posture among teachers.
Written in the project pedagogy, teachers are faced with a complex and constantly evolving profession requiring efficiency, rigor and planning.
From there, the project pedagogy and professionalization are closely linked, which does not always guarantee the success of its practice.
الملخص FRE
La conception de la pédagogie de projet mise en place par le système éducatif algérien depuis 2003, ainsi que ses fondements théoriques exigent certaines caractéristiques chez l'enseignant, une autonomie réelle pas fictive, la responsabilité, la prise de décision, prise de risque, travail coopérative, l'actualisation constante de ses savoirs, la théorisation de ses pratiques, etc.
…tout cela semblerait mettre en évidence la posture professionnelle chez les enseignants.
Inscrits dans la pédagogie de projet, les enseignants se trouvent face un métier complexe, en évolution permanente, demandant efficacité, rigueur, planification.
De là, la pédagogie de projet et professionnalisation se trouvent étroitement liées ce qui ne garantit pas toujours la réussite de sa pratique.
