The research aims at the recognition between positive thinking and successful intelligence, the revelation of the relationship between positive thinking and cognitive holding power, the determination of the direct impact of positive thinking on successful intelligence and the direct impact of positive thinking on cognitive holding power.

The research also aims at the determination of the indirect impact of positive thinking on the successful intelligence via cognitive holding power, that was run on a sample of the students of Home Economics college which numbered(708) of male and female students- and for achieving this- the scale of positive thinking, the scale of successful intelligence and the cognitive holding power scale were prepared.

The current research resulted into the following outcomes: there is a relationship between positive thinking and successful intelligence, and there is a relationship between positive thinking and cognitive holding power and it also found out a direct impact statistically denotive of the positive thinking on cognitive holding power and there is a statistically denotive direct impact of cognitive holding power on successful intelligence It also found out an indirect impact of positive thinking on successful intelligence via cognitive holding power.
