The purpose of this study is to highlight an important and thorny problem, which is to translate the term (terminology) into Arabic between the true and the false.

This research does not stop at the multiplicity of Arab correspondents proposed for this foreign term, but rather it aims to alert the reader of some errors that Arab researchers have made when translating this term.

The main aim of this study is to contribute, if only slightly, to putting an end to the linguistic chaos that reigned in almost all fields, in particular because of the multiplicity of languages from which we draw the term and the various means of passing from one researcher to another, and from one academy to another.

In addition, terminology is an interdisciplinary science.

الملخص FRE

Cette étude a pour objectif de mettre en lumière un problème important et épineux en même temps dans la traduction du terme ʺterminologieʺ en arabe entre exactitude et ambiguïté.

Cette recherche ne se limite pas à la question de la multiplicité des équivalents arabes développés pour ce terme étranger, mais d'alerter le lecteur pour certaines erreurs commises par les chercheurs arabes lors de la traduction de ce terme.

L'objectif principal de cette étude est de contribuer, ne serait-ce que dans une faible mesure, à mettre fin au chaos terminologique qui a imprégné presque tous les domaines, probablement du fait de la multiplicité des langues dont nous tirons le terme et des différents moyens de le formuler entre les chercheurs et aussi entre institutions, C'est parce que la terminologie est un domaine interdisciplinaire
