نهدف من وراء هذه الدراسة تحليل بعض المؤشرات التي تسمح بتحديد الخصائص الصوتية الفيزيائية لكلام الطفل المصاب ببحة صوتية وظيفية و من بين هذه المؤشرات نجد التردد الأساسي و الشدة و المدة الزمنية.
و لتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي القائم على دراسة حالة وقد قمنا بدراسة أربع حالات ذكور تتراوح أعمارهم بين 9 و 12 سنة مصابين ببحة صوتية وظيفية وحالة واحدة سليمة مرجعية للمقارنة و قد استعملنا برمجية برات(PRAAT) لتحليل المدونات الصوتية المسجلة للحالات و الذي سيسمح لنا بتوضيح نوعية الاضطراب الصوتي لدى هذه الفئة بغية إظهار أهمية التحليل الفيزيائي للصوت في توفير معطيات دقيقة و موضوعية عن الرسالة اللغوية و التي تغيب عن أذن الأخصائي الأرطوفوني مهم كانت مدربة و التي تلتقطها أجهزة دقيقة مثل المطياف مع إبراز أهميتها في توجيه مسار التكفل الأرطوفوني.

The aim of this study is to analyze some indicators to determine the acoustic characteristics of speech of a child with functional dysphonia, among these indicators: fundamental frequency, intensity and duration.
To achieve the objectives of this study, we followed the comparative descriptive approach based on a case study, and we studied four 9-12-year-old boys with functional dysphonia and a healthy case as a reference.
We used the PRAAT software to analyze the corpora of the recorded cases.
This will allow us to clarify the quality of the vocal disorder, in order to demonstrate the importance of acoustic sound analysis to provide accurate and objective data on the linguistic message, which is absent from the ear of the speech therapist, who is captured by specific instruments such as the sonagraph, emphasizing their importance in guiding speechlanguage management.
الملخص FRE
Le but de cette étude est d’analyser certains indicateurs quipermettent de déterminer les caractéristiques acoustiques de la parole d’un enfant atteint d’une dysphonie fonctionnelle, parmi ces indicateurs : la fréquence fondamentale, l'intensité et la durée.
Pour atteindre les objectifs de cette étude, nous avons suivi l'approche descriptive basée sur une étude de cas et nous avons étudié quatre cas garçons, âgés de 9 à 12 ans, atteints d’une dysphonie fonctionnelle, et un seul cas sain comme référence.
Nous avons utilisé le logiciel PRAAT pour analyser les corpus des cas enregistrés.
Ce qui nous permettra de clarifier la qualité du trouble vocal dans ce trouble, afin de démontrer l’importance de l’analyse acoustique du son pour fournir des données précises et objectives sur le message linguistique, qui est absent de l’oreille de l’orthophoniste et qui est capturé par des instruments précis, tels que le sonagraphe, soulignant leur importance pour orienter la prise en charge orthophonique.
