The problem of the study is to stand up to search for the effects that the social networking site "Facebook" can have on the values, cultures, and ethics of Saudi youth that may be undesirable or contradict the prevailing values, by monitoring the trends of Saudi youth towards social and moral responsibility for their interactions through Facebook.

Facebook and private chat rooms, and identify the type of relationship and the nature of the role that Facebook can play in influencing cultural identity and ethical values embedded in the study sample.

This study belongs to descriptive studies and research, relied on the survey method in both descriptive and analytical aspects, as the study includes a field survey of a sample of Saudi youth.

In terms of the study tools, the questionnaire on sample has reached 200 individual Saudi university youth in the colleges of Umm Al- Qura University.

The most important results of the study were as follows: There is a statistically significant correlation between the rate of use of the Saudi youth study sample through Facebook and their attitudes towards the compatibility or incompatibility of the content presented with the social and behavioral values found in the society.

There is a statistically significant correlation between the motives of the Saudi youth using the study sample for Facebook and their attitudes towards the type of impact of the presented content on the social and behavioral values that exist in society.
