This is in order to activate its role in the protection of the family and childhood and strive to maintain the family structure and child homelessness prevention and rapid resolution of claims of alimony and temporary custody and visitation and residence as soon as possible to guarantee the rights of the wife and children.

And the question arises: The extent to which the interim measures established in Article 57 bis, which have taken place in matters of custody, maintenance, visitation, and temporary housing, contribute to maintaining the stability of the family and enhancing its gains? How did the judiciary deal with the conflicts associated with it? And is it merely an example? .
