The world has witnessed a series of changes after the end of the cold war affected the process of conflict management, where numerous parties and no longer confined to the major states, and therefore the aim of this study to search for the role of the new changes in the resolution and prevention of conflicts, as well as to highlight the role of new actors in international relations, such as non-governmental organizations.

The study has reached a set of results, the most important of the new international transformations have led to the emergence of a trend toward the institutionalization of the management of international conflicts.
