The study sought to answer the following questions: 1- What are the professional quality standards to be provided in student-teachers at Faculty of Education- Seiyun 2- What is the achievement extent of quality professional standards among student-teachers at Faculty of Education-Seiyun 3- Are there any differences with statistical meaning at significant level(0,05) that affect the professional standards achievement of the student-teachers related to sex and specialization variables In order to answer the first question, the researchers built a list of professional standards related to the previous ones.

After that, the researchers made sure of their validity by showing them to many referees.

To answer the second question, a questionnaire(with 49 choices) of quality professional standards was set.

It is related to the previous standards list.

The questionnaire was validated by many referees and its reliability was measured through the Spilt Half which reached to (80%) according to Guttman coefficient.

To know the extent of quality professional standards among student-teachers, the questionnaire was distributed to a sample of (61) male and female students.

They were chosen simply at random.

This sample represented (25%) of the all population, level four students.

Their total number is (241) male and female students.

The study came up with the absence of achievement of all professional standards among student-teachers except the standard related to the teacher's etiquette while teaching.

In order to answer the third question, the researchers measured the mathematical mean and standard deviations for the levels of the study variables.

There were differences with statistical mean while applying the ( t- test) of achievement of the quality professional standards to the sample members because of sex variable for female students, but there were no differences related to specialization.
