This study aims to reveal the relationship between the motivation that benefits the workers of the sports establishment and their knowledge management, and in this study we used a questionnaire to measure the impact of incentives on the application of the concept of knowledge management to a sample of (30) employees distributed on three sports facilities in the city laghouat The study reached the most important conclusions: Physical incentives have a strong impact on the perception and application of the concept of knowledge management.

Physical incentives affect the provision of knowledge management requirements.

Increases the financial incentives in the effectiveness of knowledge management among the employees of the sports establishment in The City of Laghouat.
