The local media is considered as the link between the citizen and the responsible for implementing local development programs, in response to the requirements of the local population for transferring their concerns to the local authorities, for this standpoint this research paper is trying to study the extent of the contribution of the local media to achieving development at the local level, by creating public spaces, it raises various concerns (political, economic and social) that interest the local citizen to discuss and find appropriate solutions, considering that the local media is the media arises next to the citizen for attention to his concerns and his ambitions.
