Abstract EN

This research paper deals with the role of consensual democracy in the establishment of societal pluralism, it consist the involvement of all constituent denominations of society to avoid conflicts.

It was applied in Iraq after 2003, because the nature of Iraqi society, which consists of different religious, and linguistic groupsWe are going to dealt with the applications of consensual democracy in the light of Iraqi experience after the American colonization through different institutions and mechanisms that existed, although the Iraqi consensual experience is still a controversy case I its application and legal texts in regarding its different challenges.
