Abstract EN

This article reviews the most important factors that affected the transformations of the citizenship concept on the cognitive and pratical level, under the desire to build a new social contract that exceeds the proposals of the traditional contract and helps to protect rights and expand obligations, by presenting the various aspects of security, humanity, satisfaction of needs, institutional political participation, and then highlight the trends of citizen practice.
