In view of the many changes new data imposed by the current era, one of the most prominent alterations is the shift towards the interests in knowledge.

This latter is considered as a strategic factor in creating wealth and achieving competitive excellence (advantage), which is contributed to the emergence of what is known as the knowledge economy.

In fact, the has become more compelled than ever before to take care of human resource as the basis for knowledge production.

As a point of fact, the organization cannot the importance of knowledge production, but it must rather give it a special interest by providing it with the necessary qualification and knowledge.

Therefore, it allows facing the challenges of the information explosion that is imposed by the shift towards the knowledge economy
