Abstract EN

This study aims to understand the nature of the relationship between political participation and citizenship in Algeria, on the basis that political participation in which freedom of participation and respect for the Constitution play an important role in guaranteeing and rooting democracy and the ability to develop citizenship values in Algeria.

The reasons that hindered the birth and development of citizenship in Algeria and the reflection on political participation and the knowledge of the most important obstacles to political participation that led to the failure of the realization and development of the citizenship.
