The fact that the Holy Qur'an was revealed in a clear Arabic tongue requires the identification of the dispute of reciters in their bases according to Arabic rules as well.

After examining the opinions of scholars of Qira'at, a group of those rules can be extracted.

One of those rules I extracted is the rule of the consideration of the original states and casual states of Quranic words, because many Quranic words are subject to a change that the Arab tongue requires, so two considerations come to the word: One is inherent, and the other is casual.

Based on the consideration of one of the states or both of them, many of the bases of reciters were extracted, sometimes they take into consideration only the basis, and sometimes they take into consideration both the basis and the casual, and sometimes they disagree on the identification of one of them.
