Abstract EN

The main object of the current study lies in exploring the effectiveness of cognitive apprenticeship in the development of social responsibility towards special needs and the high academic rate of the student teacher special education department.

The study has one main question: how can I build educational materials using the apprenticeship strategy to develop social responsibility towards special needs and the high academic rate of the student teacher special education department, therefor we select a pilot sample consists of 25 participants to achieve the psychometric properties.

Then we choose the basic sample to administrate the tools of the study which consists of 20 participants.

we use a number of tools such as: a scale of social responsibility towards special needs, achievement test to indicate the academic rate, and an educational materials (teacher's guide, student worksheets).

Then we processed the data statically by Man Witney test for independent groups.
