La présente étude vise à étudier l'impact de l'informatique sur le développement de la performance des ressources humaines.

L'étude a été menée dans des institutions algériennes de la municipalité de Skikda.

L’échantillon de l’étude est composé de 47 personnes .Le questionnaire a été utilisé comme un outil de collecte de données sur le thème de recherche.

On a également utilisé l'approche analytique descriptive pour mieux vérifier nos hypothèses.

L'étude a conclu que l'informatique a un rôle dans l'amélioration des performances de la ressource humaine
