This study aimed to identify the reality of practicing social responsibility in its economic, social and environmental dimensions in Condor Electronics and the extent of its contribution to achieving its social goals towards human resources and society, as adopting this approach has become imperative as a result of developments in the internal and external environment and has become a source for achieving excellence through Adhere to its standards.

The treatment is carried out in a descriptive and analytical manner through the use of various references and statistics retrieved by the company's management in the period between 2013-2018.

The study comes to the conclusion that the adoption of the specification of the ISO 26000 It improved its image and reputation towards its human resources, society and Consumers, using a set of indicators.
