sa In the context of States' efforts to protect archaeological sites to which the World Heritage Classification applies, controls are placed on human activities that have an impact on these places, whether negative or positive, and the development of laws to reduce the risk of harm to human sites.

Often, this process of protection of the effects is organized by imposing restrictions on how people interact with the protected site.

Such restrictions can also come at the expense of the pioneers of these places in some way or another.

In some cases, these restrictions may help restrict “Rights "of these persons.

There is no doubt that the protection and preservation of monuments is a necessary requirement and that all countries cooperate to achieve it because it is an economic source that all countries are interested in contributing to the development of the economy through tourism and the presentation of these monuments in international museums.

Here, the role of the state in the protection of monuments by legal means and the use of modern technology to protect and guard museums and archaeological sites, and not only human beings.
