It has become necessary to go towards the embodiment of electronic management in Algeria, based on what the communication and information technology provides as a tool to promote the activities and tasks of public service institutions, and in view of the characteristics of electronic management and its direct role in promoting and strengthening the principles that govern the functioning of public facilities, as it clearly contributes to Embodying service reforms for citizens and raising the level of individual control over all services provided by public utilities, allowing a high degree of quality for their jobs, foremost among which is the provision of public services.
