Abstract EN

This study aims at discussing the contribution of inter-regional cooperation to the creation of additional resources for these regional groups, and it falls within the framework of the public-public sector partnership.

On this basis, the importance of this paper stems from the fact that it highlights cooperation between regional groups, as the Algerian legislature has increasingly shown its intention in recent years to move toward openness to citizens and its concerns, which are mainly about local development.

Through the introduction of the above-mentioned topic, we are clear about the problem of this paper.

It is about the extent to which, within the draft law of the regional groups, the Algerian legislature has made the mechanism of inter-regional cooperation an important resource for the provision of financial resources that increase the capacity of those groups to achieve local development away from the State's contribution.
