The phenomenon of juvenile delinquency is considered one of the most important social issues, to the intention of the negative aspects that would threaten the social system and its stability, where numerous studies and research on deviant behavior and become this phenomenon is located at the crossroads of different human sciences, of interest to a world meeting, and the world of law and the world of self-defense, where each of them tried to explain the deviation from the theoretical frameworks to explain the factors and causes of juvenile delinquency and criminal behavior of the event to a group of the formative factors, whether these factors personal self-concerning children event in itself or external factors surrounding it in its environment.
