Entrepreneurial competencies may be seen as a factor leading to the success of entrepreneurship emergence and, afterwards, the continuity of established company's activity.

To explain this differently, even holding the most essential capital and material resources, business activity is likely to fail without competencies.

Therefore, our aim through this study is to identify the right competencies an entrepreneur should have during the different stages in the entrepreneurial process.

These include spotting business opportunities, moving from the opportunity to the project then from the project to the organization.

Indeed, each stage requires specific competences.
