هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أثر إدارة المعرفة على تحسين الأداء المستدام في المؤسسة المينائية لسكيكدة حيث تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي و ذلك بتصميم استبانة تم توزيعها على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 70 إطار و تم تحليل البيانات و اختبار الفرضيات باستخدام برنامج (spss).
و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة تأثير موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية معبر عنها بمعامل تحديد أي ما يعادل (61، 8 %) من التحسينات في الأداء المستدام تعود لإدارة المعرفة.
و بناء على هذا نوصي بإنشاء قسم لإدارة المعرفة لما له من دور كبير في تحسين الاداء و ضرورة تشجيع و تحفيز العاملين على الإبداع و عدم احتكار المعرفة.
Abstract EN
This study aims to clarify the impact of knowledge management on improving the sustainable performance in companies (Port of Skikda as a case study).
An analytical descriptive approach was conducted through a case study, using in collecting the data a questionnaire, that has been distributed to a sample of 70 employees randomly chosen.
The study has concluded that positive and yet weak impacts in the relationships between the variables have been detected, where the degree of impact (coefficient of determination) is (0, 381), which represents a defect and lack of the company’s knowledge management in achieving sustainable performance.
