Abstract EN

This study aims to know the evaluation of the efforts of the government for the upgrading programs of small and medium-sized firms in Algeria, by identifying these different applied programs and their results.

The study was based on a survey, on reports from the Ministry of Industry and Mines and the National Agency for the Development of Small and Medium firms.

The study concluded that the government provides financial and moral efforts to help small and medium-sized firms in their program upgrading.
