The issue of the employment of persons with disabilities is one of the most important topics that have been dealt with in national and international legislation with great care and attention since ancient times, due to the marginalization and discrimination suffered by this group in the field of employment in particular.

This theoretical study focuses on the recognition of the right of persons with disabilities to work in accordance with international treaties and conventions and national legislation, as well as shedding light on the reality of the employment of persons with disabilities in Algeria by addressing the most important legislative measures used to promote the integration of this group into the social sector.
