تقييم و تحليل مؤشر تنويع الصادرات للاقتصاد الجزائري باستخدام مؤشر هرشمان-هرفندل : دراسة تحليلية للفترة (1990-2018)‎

Abstract EN

This study aims to evaluate and analyze the diversification index of the Algerian economy during the period 1990-2018, according to the Herfindahl-Hirshman index since the trend toward a market economy.

In our Study, we determined the export sector is still suffering from a focus on the Hydrocarbons sector despite all the efforts made by Algeria to diversity the sector, and that foreign direct investment, Trade openness; business environment; Small and medium enterprises; the private sector; and the adoption of a comprehensive economic reform program; are key to export diversification.
