The purpose of this study is to discuss the repercussions of the century's deal on the future of Jerusalem.

The deal of the century seeks to settle the Palestinian-American issue by removing the issue of Palestinian sovereignty from the city of Jerusalem from the negotiating circle to be an Israeli in reality.

The deal of the century contradicts international resolutions and laws, and is contrary to the resolutions of the UN General Assembly and the Security Council on Jerusalem.

It goes beyond the basis of the negotiating process and the terms of reference of the resolutions adopted by successive United Nations resolutions, and goes beyond what was adopted in the 1993 Oslo Accords.

L’accord du siècle est en contradiction avec les lois et résolutions internationales et constitue une violation des résolutions de l’Assemblée générale des Nations Unies et du Conseil de sécurité sur Jérusalem.
