دستر المشرع الجزائري المجلس الوطني لحقوق الإنسان بموجب التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2016، بغرض الارتقاء بتصنيفه من الرتبة "ب" إلى الرتبة "أ"، و حيث أن إعادة تصنيف المؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان من طرف اللجنة الفرعية الدولية للاعتماد يقتضي أن يتوافق نظامها القانوني مع مبادئ باريس المعيارية، لذلك تحاول هذه الدراسة البحث في مسألة مدى تطابق القواعد القانونية التي تنظم المجلس الوطني لحقوق الإنسان في الجزائر مع مبادئ باريس
Abstract EN
Pursuant to the 2016 constitutional revision, the Algerian legislator has recognised as constitutional the National Council of Human Rights in order of improving its status from B to A.
On the other hand, the reclassification of the national human rights institutions by the International Accreditation Sub-committee of the Global alliance of National Human Rights Institutions requires that the legal systems of these institutions are compatible with the Paris normative norms.
For this reason, this study attempts to shed light on the question of compatibility of the legal regulations organising the National Council of Human Rights in Algeria with the Paris principles.

En vertu de la révision constitutionnelle de 2016, le législateur algérien a constitutionalisé le conseil national des droits de l’homme afin de faire avancer son statut de B à A.
D’un autre côté, le reclassement des institutions nationales des droits de l’homme par le Sous-comité International d’Accréditation de l’Alliance Mondiale des Institutions Nationales des Droits de l’Homme nécessite que les systèmes juridiques de ces institutions soient en compatibilité avec les principes normatifs de Paris.
Dans ce but, cette étude essaie de jeter la lumière sur la question de la compatibilité des règles juridiques régissant le conseil national des droits de l’homme en Algérie avec les principes de Paris.
