يعتبر التلوث نوعا من أنواع الإخلال يالتوازن الطبيعي للأنظمة البيئية أو الغطاء الحيوي يأكمله، و لم يعد الاهتمام يالتلوث في العصر الحاضر منحصرا على التلوث المحلي للدول بل صار يشمل كل أنواع التلوث العابر للحدود و القارات (التلوث العالمي للحدود و القارات)، مما أثار و لا يزال يثير الجدال حول إيجاد سبل "تنظيف الأنشطة الاقتصادية الحالية"، و ذلك عن طريق اليحث و التطوير في مجالات التكنولوجيا النظيفة و ايجاد البدائل غير المضرة يالغطاء الحيوي أو الأنظمة الإكيولوجية.
و تعد ظاهرة تآكل طيقة الأوزون من بين المشاكل البيئية التي تشكل خطرا على صحة الإنسان و الكائنات الحية الأخرى، و كذلك الشأن يالنسية للبيئة.
Abstract EN
Pollution is considered a kind of disruption of the natural balance of ecosystems or the entire biosphere.
In the present era, the attention to pollution is no longer confined to the local pollution of countries, but it has become widespread in all types of transboundary and continental pollution (global pollution of borders and continents).
Which raised the dispute about finding ways to “clean up existing economic activities” through research and development in clean technology and the development of alternatives that are not harmful to biosphere or ecosystems.
The erosion of the ozone layer is one of the environmental problems that pose a threat to human health and other organisms, as well as to the environment.

La pollution est considérée comme une sorte de perturbation de l'équilibre naturel des écosystèmes ou de la biosphère entière.
Actuellement, l’attention portée à la pollution ne se limite plus à la pollution locale des pays, elle s’est étendue à tous les types de pollution transfrontière et continentale (pollution globale des frontières et des continents).
Ce qui a soulevé la querelle pour trouver des moyens de «nettoyer les activités économiques existantes» grâce à la recherche et au développement de technologies propres et au développement de solutions de remplacement ne portant pas atteinte à la biosphère ou aux écosystèmes.
L'érosion de la couche d'ozone est l'un des problèmes environnementaux qui constitue une menace pour la santé humaine et pour d'autres organismes, ainsi que pour l'environnement.
