يهدف هذا المقال الى تقديم نظرة مختصرة حول السياسة النقدية وميزان المدفوعات للفترة الممتدة ما بين 1990-2016 ذلك بغية معرفة مدى فعالية السياسة النقدية في معالجة اختلال ميزان المدفوعات وعليه تم تطبيق طريقة المربعات الصغرى المصححة كليا FMOLS لنفس الفترة فاعتمدنا على ميزان المدفوعات كمتغير تابع و المعروض النقدي الناتج المحلي سعر البترول كمتغيرات مستقلة.
فتبين من خلال النتائج وجود أثر سلبي ضعيف للكتلة النقدية على ميزان المدفوعات يرجع دلك لاعتماد الجزائر على مصدر وحيد و هو الصادرات النفطية
Abstract EN
The purpose of this research is to provide a brief overview of monetary policy and balance of payments in order to determine the effectiveness of monetary policy in addressing the imbalance of payments, with the following variables: money supply as the endogenous, GDP, oil price, as exogenous variables.
based on data from (1980-2014).
To do this we used cointegration method of Fully-modified OLS.
The results showed a weak negative impact on the balance of payments on the balance of payments due to Algeria's dependence on a single source of oil exports.,
