Abstract EN

This study has dealt with Tribal Reformation from a Legal Perspective.

It aims to identify what tribal reformation (TR) means in legislation.

Thus, the truth of the tribal reconciliation as well as reformation, its legitimacy, its types, the justifications for its existence, and its significance were all identified from a legitimate view.

The research also dealt with the conditions of those who are in charge of TR, and the qualities that must be met in the tribal reformer according to the forensic law.

The researcher has found that referring to and reconsidering the Islamic law in regard to the TR is an important issue in controlling the actions of the people and in achieving their immediate and delayed interests.

It has also been found that the ultimate goal of the TR is that the Islamic community can reach the highest levels of civilized values that must be provided by the communities in order to achieve progress and stability according to the details contained in this paper
