يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة و تحليل واقع ثقافة الصحة و السلامة المهنية في المستشفي الجامعي بولاية سطيف من منظور المواصفة ISO45001 من خلال تحديد مستوى تبني هذه الثقافة و التعرف على أهم العوامل التي تعيق تطبيقها.
حيث شملت عينة الدراسة 70 مستجوب من العاملين بالمستشفي على اختلاف و ظائفهم.
و بالاستعانة ببعض الأدوات الإحصائية لبرنامج SPSS لعرض و تحليل البيانات و اختبار الفرضيات فقد تبين من خلال النتائج أنه يوجد توجه ضعيف لدى المستشفي محل الدراسة نحو تبني ممارسات ثقافة الصحة و السلامة المهنية ووجود اختلاف من حيث التزامه ببنود المواصفة ISO45001 إلى جانب تأثير مجموعة من المعوقات على تبني ممارسات ثقافة الصحة و السلامة المهنية أبرزها : المعوقات الثقافية معوقات بيئة العمل و المعوقات الإدارية.
Abstract EN
The present research aims to study and analyze the reality of the OSH culture in the University Hospital of Setif County from the perspective of ISO45001 standard, through determining the level of adoption of this culture, and recognizing the most important factors that hinder its application.
The study sample included 70 respondents from the hospital staff of different jobs.
After using some statistical tools of the SPSS program to display and analyze data and to test hypotheses, findings have shown that there is a weak tendency, in the hospital under study, towards adopting the practices of OSH culture, and that there is a difference in terms of its adherence to the terms of the ISO45001 standard.
The findings have also shown the impact of a variety of constraints on the adoption of OSH culture practices, most notably: cultural, work environment and administrative constraints.
