Abstract EN

The study aimed to diagnose the reality of e-management in the municipality and its role in modernizing the latter, through getting acquainted with the readiness of its infrastructure and the degree of its adoption of information and communication technology with citizens, as well as replacing classical management with modern applications, as it touched on the most important Obstacles to the success of the project and ways to overcome them.

The study showed the readiness of the municipality to adopt e-management through the availability of the latest components of ICT lacking researchers for the financial comfort of the municipality and in return the human resource, both in terms of number and efficiency, remains an obsession with the success of the project.
