Abstract EN

This study aims to highlight the financing‘s reality of small and medium enterprises working in Algeria, And the need of these companies to Islamic Stock Market, Also to know the obstacles that limit its establishment, In order to achieve the objective of the research, a sample of 84 small and medium enterprises was selected, With a different legal standard ,a diversified and active business sector in the different national territory.

The study concluded that the efforts exerted by the State in addressing the problem of funding for small and medium enterprises did not come right, The problem of funding remains, The study recommended the necessity for Islamic finance ,then the search for new financing methods that meet the requirements, reference and privacy of small and medium enterprises in different stages of development, Through the establishment of Islamic Stock Market in Algeria, relating between the financing and the provision of liquidity.
