This study aims at touching on policy investment adopted in Algeria, since 2001, Through the study of laws and legislations relating to this field and the impact of this policy on the investment outcomes according to the projects submitted by the National agency of investment development "Andi", and it: : contribution to create jobs, and after dealing with this subject, the following conclusions were reached-Algeria established laws and legislations in investment area, which the most important is the investment law n° 16-09 dated August 20th 2016 which gives.
