تثير فكرة كفاءة أسواق الأوراق المالية اهتمام الباحثين و المستثمرين الحاليين و المرتقبين نظرا لاستجابة أسعار الأصول المالية على وجه السرعة لكل معلومة واردة وفي نمط عشوائي سواء كانت سارة أو غير سارة مما يصعب توقع نمط معين لاتجاه حركتها أو تحقيق عوائد غير عادية من قبل صناع السوق.
و تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى اختبار كفاءة سوق دبي المالي قبل و بعد تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة اعتمادا على نظرية السير العشوائي لأسعار الأسهم و من ثم دراسة العلاقة بين المتغيرين وفق نموذج مقترح لإبراز أثر كل مبدأ من مبادئ الحوكمة في تحسين كفاءة سوق دبي للأوراق المالية باستعمال النماذج الإحصائية ما بين سنتي 2009 و 2018م
Abstract EN
The idea of stock markets' efficiency raises the interest of current and prospective investors and researchers, given the rapid response of financial asset prices to each incoming information, and in a random pattern, whether pleasant or unpleasant, making it difficult to predict a particular pattern of movement or extraordinary returns from manufacturers.
Market This paper aims to test the efficiency of the DFM before and after applying the principles of governance, based on the theory of the random flow of stock prices, and then study the relationship between the two variables according to a proposed model, to highlight the impact of each of the principles of governance in improving the efficiency of the Dubai Stock Exchange.
