This study aims to highlight the extent to which the internal recruitment strategy contributes to improving workers performance, To carry out this study, achieve its goals and test its hypotheses, a questionnaire was designed and distributed to the study sample of 61 frameworks of the institution who were chosen in a simple random manner, We also relied on the statistical package for social studies spss17, The results obtained through the study showed that the internal recruitment strategy contributes significantly to improving the performance of workers within the institution.
