In a country whose area is expanding and its capabilities diminishing, it is easy to control the phenomenon and make it difficult to combat it, without neglecting many other factors that contributed to this matter.

In view of its danger to the individual and society, the legislator adopted a tight strategy to combat this crime by intertwining a set of legislations in criminalizing it, and granting jurisdiction to many security wires in combating it, especially the Customs Administration, as the latter plays an effective role in combating drug smuggling according to a special strategy in which it cooperates with various wires The other wish.
