Abstract EN

Through the 2016 Constitutional Amendment, the National Economic and Social Council has become interested in the field of environmental protection, particularly in the conservation of water resources, health, public and pollution control, by devoting a huge number of recommendations, reports and opinions to the government.

One of the desired results achieved through our study of this subject is to know the effectiveness of this National Economic and Social Council in the field of environmental protection, through the summary of its work and reports in this field, in addition to activating legal procedures in theory and practice, through the analysis and diagnosis of texts related to its tasks.
