A State was always been the focus works of many politilogues, Sociologists and historians.

All of them tried explain state's dynamic and its evolution by different corners, through this study, we seek to know the causes of the emergence and development of the State in the sociological perspective, what allows us to identify historical rupture that contribute to every stage in the emergence of a new form of State.

The most important recommendations for Governments is to openness on economic, political and social demands of citizens to traverse Dangers of the era of globalization that seeks to eliminate the westphalian State by the elimination of their economic and political borders.
