In view of what women constitute as a formidable human energy at the level of the world of work in general and the public office in particular, it has become necessary to exploit this human energy by providing legal protection for women in the field of public service, and in order to embody this protection, the Algerian legislator has worked to establish the principle of de facto equality between them.

And between men, by preventing any discriminatory measure that prevents women from empowering their right to join public jobs, removing obstacles that would cause discrimination between them and men in the enjoyment of employment rights, and by studying and analyzing the obligations imposed on the legislator to protect women's rights in the field of employment, it leads us to question For: What are the manifestations of enshrining the principle of equality in the civil service law as a mechanism to protect women's rights in the field of employment?
