انتهجت الجزائر أسلوب منح الامتياز بالتراضي في مجال الاستثمار الصناعي كصيغة قانونية في سبيل تطوير آليات التنمية و حتى يتناسب الشكل القانوني مع التوجه الاقتصادي المبني على الحرية الاقتصادية وحرية الاستثمار اصدر المشرع جملة من الأحكام في كل من قانون المالية التكميلي لسنة 2015 و قانون المالية لسنة 2016 لتطوير الاستثمار لتسهيل حصول المستثمر على العقار الصناعي

Algeria has adopted the path of concession by mutual agreement, when allocating land bases in the field of industrial investment, as a legal formula for development, to adapt the legal form to the economic rientation based on economic recovery and liberalization of economic activity the legislator promulgated a number of provisions in the 2015 Supplementary Finance Law and the Law of 2016 finance for investment development, facilitating investor access to industrial land
