Abstract EN

This study aims at identifying the role of the Social Fund for Development in promoting the culture of Entrepreneurship among young people, a Measurement Questionnaire to gather information and data was applied on sixty-five young people who benefit from entrepreneurship programs.

The study reached several results, the most important of which is that the Social Fund for Development has a high role in increasing entrepreneurship knowledge among youth and it also has a moderate role in the development of the skills of youth entrepreneurship, whereas the obstacles of the Social Fund for Development in promoting the youth entrepreneurship culture are: Young people's desire for fast money, dominance of higher-level officials, fear of failure to manage the project, slow implementation of project start-up procedures, lack of information on the project’s development system programs, lack of the data on which project execution depends and lack of technical and technological expertise for project construction.

The study also emphasizes, through an interview with the project development officials, the need to spread the culture of free business among young people through increasing training courses in all youth centers, as well as increasing seminars and conferences to raise awareness to the importance of the implementation of their projects and how to evaluate the project to increase profit.
