Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to determine the relationship between the elements of the indicators used in research from the dimensions of ICT.

As well as the relationship between these indicators and the investment index to identify the gaps between these relations by applying the rules of logic based on the data obtained from the World Bank, By adopting a program (Matlab R2013a) and using the statistical program Excel to enter the database of the practical side.

The findings were based on the availability of a medium to low degree of belonging to each dimension of ICTs, in which a number of recommendations could be made.

Including the need to support the use of technology Information and communication, thus contributing to bridging the gap between the exports and imports of this technology, supporting its action and increasing its effective investment.
