Abstract EN

The present study is concerned with learning about the nature of the role that information & Communications technologies play in enhancing entrepreneurial leadership, not one of the municipal organizations in Karbala Governorate, which is (Al Hur Municipality).

The aim of the study was to identify the role of technologies and information & Communications technology in enhancing the ability of administrative leaders in the organization to achieve leadership in their performance.

Where the concerned directorate was chosen as being the largest municipal organizations in the province's districts.

The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of people managers, divisions, assistants and the director of the organization by (40) individuals from a community whose sample represented (390) individuals.

Sincerity and confidence were measured after the questionnaire was presented to a committee of scientific arbitrators, the questionnaire was analyzed by relying on statistical tools and methods using the (SPSS-Ver.23) program, and after statistical analyzes, a conclusion was reached that information technologies have a major role in strengthening entrepreneurial leadership in the researched organization.
