Abstract EN

The technical development is witnessing many transformations in many fields, especially "the educational process" to show "e-learning" which is considered one of the modern teaching methods with an interactive system relies on an integrated digital electronic environment, aimed at building courses and communicating them via electronic networks, which positively affects educational communication processes, teaching and evaluation strategies in which this research is discussing the most important electronic platforms and social networking sites that have invoked the educational system in Algeria in its various phases to improve the educational act and its mechanisms.

It found a presence of these modern technologies although it is a new experience that needs more support.
