Abstract EN

This study aimed to investigate the reality of the practice of Organizational conflict management methods in Algerian service enterprise by conducting a field study in the Tax Directorate - Medea Branch - To achieve the aims of the study a questionnaire was developed in order to collect information on the field, to measure the assumptions of the study, And distribute it to a random sample of employees in the enterprise.

Using SPSS tests, a conclusion was reached that there was a practice of Organizational conflict management methods from the officials of the Tax Directorate - Medea Branch-.

And also showed that there are no statistically significant differences between, the average responses of the study sample about the level of Organizational conflict management methods practiced from the organization's staff due to variables: sex and the level of education.
