The tourism sector has recently emerged as a strategic sector in many countries that seek to benefit as much as possible from this sector through its promotion to reach the optimum utilization of all resources in order to achieve very high returns in this field.

Through this study, we have raised the issue of the competitiveness of tourism and travel.

It concerns the experience of Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco through a comparative study between these countries, an attempt to shed light on the most important indicators through which the competitiveness of the tourism and travel sector of Algeria is judged.

Where we found through the study that Both Morocco and Tunisia are considered to be more competitive than the tourism and travel sector in Algeria.
