تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار كفاءة سوق مالي ناشئ عند المستوى الضعيف و بالتحديد بورصة عمان من خلال سلسلة الاسعار اليومية (سعر الاغلاق) للمؤشر العام للسوق ASE100 في الفترة الممتدة من 03/01/2016 إلى 19/11/2019 باستخدام: اختبارات الاستقرارية (ADF، PP، KPSS) اختبارات التوزيع الطبيعي (Skewness، Kurtosis، Jarque-bera) و اختبارات الاستقلالية (AC، BDS).
وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن سلسلة عوائد مؤشر بورصة عمان تتميز بالاستقرار و لا تتوزع طبيعيا كما أنها مرتبطة فيما بينها و لا تتحرك عشوائيا أي أنها قابلة للتنبؤ في المدى القصير و منه فإن بورصة عمان غير كفؤة عند المستوى الضعيف خلال فترة الدراسة
Abstract EN
This study aims to test the efficiency of an emerging stock market at a weak level, and specifically the Amman Stock Exchange through the daily price series (closing price) of the general market index ASE100 from 03/01/2016 to 19/11/2019, using: tests for stability (ADF, PP, KPSS), normal distribution tests (skewness, Kurtosis, Jarque-Bera) and independence tests (AC, BDS).
The study concluded that the ASE's returns series is stable, not naturally distributed, correlated and does not move randomly, i.

it is predictable in the short term, from which the Amman Stock Exchange is inefficient at a weak level during the study period.
